Implementation of Replacing Cathodic Protection Rectifier Transformers with Intelligent Systems
Cathodic protection for gas transmission pipelines utilizing "switching technology" in replacement systems.
This project has been developed and registered for the first time in the country by our team and has been tested and approved in the reputable laboratories of Sharif University of Technology. Currently, the main clients of these systems are the gas companies of Khorasan Razavi and North, as well as the East Oil and Gas Exploitation Company, which have replaced the old transformer systems and have been fully satisfied with the results.
The advantages of this project include:
- Weight reduction up to 11 times for similar power (from 111 kg to 10 kg for 1000 watts)
- Elimination of oil from the cooling system (natural air circulation cooling)
- Remote control and monitoring
- Elimination of periodic inspection and oil replacement costs
- Capability to be used in solar and wind projects in remote areas without electrical grid access
- Automatic adjustment of the adjacent ground voltage within the standard permissible range, eliminating the need for periodic adjustments
- Elimination of AC voltage on buried pipelines, a fundamental issue with transformer systems
Development and Implementation of On-line Safety Relief Valve Testing
For the first time in Iran, during an industrial research project with the investment of Khorasan Petrochemical Company, the device for on-line safety relief valve testing was developed. This device can determine and adjust the set pressure of a safety valve during service without interrupting the process. It was produced domestically for the first time with the support of Khorasan Petrochemical Company and by Tavan Pardazan Bala Basamad Company.
The device consists of three parts:
- Control and Digital Section
- Mechanical and Lifting Section
- Power and Electric Motor Section
The on-line safety relief valve tester, with precise control and mechanical components, ensures high reliability in its performance.

- Testing the safety valve without the need to remove it from service
- No interruption in the process during valve testing
- Reduced maintenance and repair costs
- Increased accuracy in setting the safety valve's operating pressure

Development of a 51V to 5011V Voltage Converter for the First Time in the Country
Designed for use in radiography devices in the steel industry, this converter has been utilized for the first time by Mobarakeh Steel Company in Isfahan.

Implemented for the first time at Khorasan Petrochemical Company, replacing industrial printers with personal computers in the DCS system.
